Enhancing Your Body Through Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do is the Korean art of hand and foot defense utilizing Newtonian physics and biomechanics to generate fast and explosive blows. Through intensive physical and mental training, you gain the discipline to properly perform the techniques. Hone your body's physique, while developing a sense of personal fortitude, humility, and justice in our one-hour classes.

We are supported by KIM's Tae Kwon Do and approved by ATF. Uniforms are required and available for purchase. We also have three tournaments during the year, advanced training seminars, workshops and camps where students can participate.


Self-Defense

Our basic classes are a great way for beginners to learn a full range of self-defense techniques. Feel healthier from the physical activity, as well as discover how to overcome your freeze response and make a strategy when your adrenaline is pumping. Designed for all fitness levels, we adapt the class to your individual challenges and pre-existing injuries.
